Why Go With Eas Beats?

BASIC LEASE CONTRACT

By making a lease purchase from EAS Beats.com, the buyer automatically becomes bound to the following terms of the License Agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* All leases are sold non-exclusively and all masters remain property of EAS Beats.

* Purchasing a lease gains the buyer non-exclusive rights and EAS Beats reserves the right to release or re-sell the same beat EXCLUSIVELY.

* The buyer will receives a 320 kbps high quality untagged MP3 file. Upon payment confirmation, the buyer will be e-mailed the download link.

* Basic leasing rights allow the buyer to use the beat for ONE commercial project  (album, mixture, EP, etc.) with a limit of 5,000 copies sold.

* The buyer must either purchase a premium lease or exclusive rights to sell more than 5,000 copies and/or to use for multiple projects.

* Any beats used from EAS Beats must be credited as follows:  Produced by EAS Beats.com

* Music used  for projects (mixtures, demos, albums EP’s etc.) without giving proper production credit is NOT permitted under this license.

* This lease expressly Forbids resale or other distribution of EAS Beats products in any form, either as they exist or any modification thereof, The buyer SHALL NOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, or rearrange, any of the products sold or their rights under EAS Beats to another user (Production company, Record label, or producer) for use in any competitive product.

* The buyer is responsible for the the clearance of any samples in the event any samples are used  to create any of the beats available on EAS Beats.com.  EAS Beats shall not be held responsible for any legal issues pertaining to sample clearances.

* This document serves as the standing agreement between the buyer and EAS Beats. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand per your license agreement.

* Any usage not explicitly allowed by this lease, including but not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual organization will be prosecuted.

* In any event that funds are reversed or charged back to EAS Beats, EAS Beats retains ownership and the right to re-sell given beat(s).

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

By making a lease purchase from EAS Beats.com, the buyer automatically becomes bound to the following terms of the License Agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* Exclusive rights grant the buyer full ownership of the instrumental.

* This license guarantees that EAS Beats shall not re-sell or re-lease this instrumental after exclusive rights have been purchased.

* The buyer receives a high quality untagged master 44.1 KHz 16 Bit WAV file as well as the individual tracked out stem files. Upon payment confirmation and signing of exclusive rights contract, the buyer will be e-mailed the download link.

* Exclusive rights allow the buyer to use the beat unlimited commercial projects (demos, mixtapes, albums, eps, etc.) with unlimited amount of sales.

* Any beat used from EAS Beats must be credited as follows: “produced by EASBeats.”.

* Music used for projects (demos, mixtapes, albums, eps, etc.) without giving proper production credit is NOT permitted under this license.

* This license expressly FORBIDS resale or other distribution of EAS Beats products in any form, either as they exist or any modification thereof.

* The buyer SHALL NOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, or rearrange, any of the products sold or their rights under EAS Beats to another user (i.e. – Record Label, production company, or producer), or for use in any competitive product.

* Using any EAS instrumental without giving proper production credit is NOT permitted.
